How to prescribe them

These exercises can be prescribed in a 20-minute, one-on-one consultation. Following the consultation they can be incorporated into a group session or performed as home exercises. Follow-up consultations are recommended to assess technique and outcomes. Ideally, rehabilitation exercises should be performed daily; however, as these exercises are more advanced and result in higher muscle activation some patients may not be able to tolerate this due to post-exercise soreness. You may wish to prescribe them every third day or for athletes to incorporate them into training sessions.
