Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I think about prescribing evidence-based exercise?

Evidence-based practice is considered an essential element of practice these days – but your clinical expertise and experience are just as valuable. Our courses deliver you the evidence while giving you the flexibility to incorporate your own knowledge and practice style.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes!

We provide a complete, 100% money-back guarantee for all new annual Members – no questions asked!

If Evidence for Exercise isn’t right for you, simply contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Note that cancelling your Membership will not automatically provide you with a refund – you must contact us.

Once we’ve processed your refund, it may take up to 10 days to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank’s refund policies.

Excludes CE/CPD modules and membership renewals.

A 2 week reminder email is sent prior to all membership renewals – a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for refund of renewals. Note: refunds will not be provided under any circumstances if the reminder email is marked as opened.

Are all your courses completely online?

Most of our courses are online. Occasionally you will see a face-to-face Zoom lesson or LIVE course offered on our website – these will be clearly labelled.

Does Evidence for Exercise offer any customer support?

Absolutely. Email us at support@evidenceforexercise.com or phone 0411 772 218 and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours (but usually earlier!) We have an FAQ page if you want to find some answers yourself but please don’t hesitate to contact us with your questions either clinical or for any tech issues, we are here to help!

What does CPD stand for?

CPD stands for continuing professional development. You may see this written as CECs (continuing education credits) or PEPs (professional education points) but these all mean the same thing!

How do I claim my 20 CPD points?

Once you purchase a membership you will receive 10 (starter) or 20 (professional and enterprise) CPD credits to your account. Each CPD credit is worth one hour of learning Click on the ‘Buy a Course’ tab to select an accredited course with your association. You will be able to enter the number of credits and this will reset the price to $0!

Note that some courses have an additional half hour that is worth one hour of learning.

I can't see my association on your accreditation list, what do I do?

Please contact us if your association is not on the list! We will work to accredit with your association. In the meantime, you could complete the self-directed CPD/CE courses.

I am an occupational therapist (or massage therapist / other similar profession), can I become a member?

Yes! Any profession that can use exercise in their scope of practice can become a member.

Can I share my login details with my friends or staff?

No. Every member of your staff must have a membership of their own. For enterprise members your staff will receive their own login details.

My question hasn't been answered here, where can I go to find out more?

Head to our FAQ page here or contact us at support@evidenceforexercise.com or 0411 772 218.

I found that all parts were really well presented I loved the breakdown of the teaching points, evidence and neural tips. Being a yoga teacher and exercise physiologist for the past 15 years this is the first course I’ve done that has really satisfied me on all levels. Thank you!

Incredibly clear instruction sheets for exercise prescription. Very informative and appropriate presentation of information in the CPD modules that could have been overwhelming if not delivered in the way it is. Edited magnificently.
