Upper back: Influence of cervicothoracic posture on pain and quick examination

Shoulder: The pain monitoring model, analysis of scapula dyskinesis and winging, and eccentric shoulder exercise

Who is your presenter?
Dr Alice Evans
BHSc. DipPilates, M.Chiro. Cert IV Training and Assessment, Learning and Development Advisor, University of Adelaide
Over the past 20 years, Alice has worked as a leader, evidence-based clinician and educator in the health promotion and e-learning space. She has been integral in developing over 45 hours of ESSA accredited courses through her company Evidence for Exercise and trained over 3000 practitioners world-wide by providing engaging online content. An early and passionate adopter of Pilates she established a multidisciplinary clinic in 2006 and has had over 80,000 consults. As a chiropractor she has a special interest in neck and back pain and is an annual international guest speaker at the Virtual Neurology Summit. She recently received an Allied Health Award for her efforts in promoting evidence-based exercise to the healthcare professions.
