How does the course work?

Download and study your PDF exercise prescriptions, practitioner notes and watch the videos.

Cover the material at a pace that works for you. There is no time limit.

When you’re ready for an exam, login to the website and click on the Questionnaires tab for instructions.

When you have completed the first questionnaire you will receive immediate confirmation. You can then move to the next questionnaire. When you have completed them all you will receive a certificate of completion.

You must complete the questionnaires in the following order to obtain your 5 PDPs:

  • Beginner and intermediate exercises for the lower back
  • Beginner yoga for the lower back
  • Intermediate exercises for the abdominals

PDP requirements

All MA members are required to accrue a total of 20 PDP's per year (July 1- June 30)
