When you’re ready for an exam, log on following the instructions provided.
You must complete your multiple-choice exams in this order:

- Intermediate Pilates for the abdominals
- Beginner exercises for the hip
- Stretches for the lower body
- Beginner and intermediate exercises for the shoulder

Receive immediate confirmation of completed CPD points after each exam.
